Golf and Seafood Week
Monday 6th October Ambrose - Sponsored by Bendigo Bank
Golf and Seafood Week kicks off with a classic Ambrose round involving 124 players with many thrills and spills.
Men's nett winners with a wild nett 54.625 was Dave Krollig, Tom George, Andrew Fraser and Gavin Cheriton.
Men's Nett runner ups with an incredible nett 55.125 was Graeme Charlton, Mark Cooper, Tom Charlton and Murray Waite.
Men's Off the stick winners with a mind boggling 58 was Scott Lombe, Clint Scharfe, Dave Wadey and Dylan Vonderwall.
Men's Runner up off the stick with a fantastic round of 62 was Matt Molloy, Norm Marks, Jake Norris and Jesse Ambrose.
Mixed Nett winners with a lovely nett 59 was David Reid, Teresa Reid, Wayne Smith and Michelle Smith.
Mixed Runner up Nett with a oh so close nett 59.375 was Reeta Devi, Jenny McDonald, Phil Hyde and Geoff Nottle.
Mixed off the stick winners after a countback was Julie Baird, Rob (No name Provided), Adie Fraser and Ian Beeby over Ally Russell, Libby Dolphin, Brian Smith and Tony Slattery, both teams finishing up with an under par 70 off the stick.
Tuesday 7th October

Get out your ice hockey sticks and maple syrup because it's time for the Canadian Foursomes!
In Division One Cindy Carr and Heather Darley take the win with a super dooper net 69.75 followed by Jenny McDonald and Libby Dolphin who weren't too sorry a boot grabbing second place with a net 77.25.
In Division Two Pauline Britza and Robyne Pentecost journeyed all the way from Coffin Bay to claim victory with a net 77.37 to keep Gail Watherston and Diana Laube just at bay with net 78.12.

In A Grade the one and only Scott Lombe rose to the occasion with a tremendous 43 points! Runner up with a crafty 38 points was Robert Humphries.
In B Grade Tom Charlton found his rhythm to the sound of 38 points followed by John Pope with a hard fought 32 points.
In C Grade Haydon Manning starts his golf and seafood week with a clean 36 points to get the W over Lindsay Gordon not far away on 34 points.

Women's Stableford
Tough going for the ladies today as the winner of the round was Adie Fraser who finished up with a respectable 30 points followed by Michelle Smith sneaking into second spot with 27 points.
Men's Stableford
In A Grade Shaun Todd gets the job done with a nifty 39 points over Daniel Brown who completes his round with a neat 36 points.
In B Grade George Mayhew wins with the score of the day, a mighty 42 points! Runner up with a great day out himself was Mark Copper on 39 points.
In C Grade Dennis McCartney starts the party as celebrates with a whooping 40 points followed by Henry Morawiec who gets in with a cracking 38 points.
Thursday 9th October

Women's Round One
Division One winner starting her campaign strong was Heather Darley signing her card to the tune of an impressive net 67 followed by Cindy Carr with a gutsy net 70.
Division Two winer making her intentions known is Val Sharrad scores a mega net 67. Runner up with a lovely day out of net 71 was Michelle Smith.
Men's Round One
In A Grade Tyson Dodd found his mark as he cards a round of net in front of Tayla Ford who swings his way to a pleasant net 72.
In B Grade we had a countback that saw Michael Schoeman wrestle the win away from Phil Hyde, both golfers golfing to a golfy net 74.
In C Grade Samuel Hutchinson gets around the course with a smooth net 72 with Wayne Smith just one shot away on net 73.
Friday 10th October
Women's Round Two
In Division One Cynthia found herself on top of the leaderboard with a ripper net 71. Runner up Ally Russell found some form and snagged a net 74.
In Division Two Michelle Smith continues to impress winning the day with a classy net 69 followed by Adie Fraser coming into the 19th with day out of net 71.
Men's Round Two
In A Grade Mr Fish himself Codey Marchesi hooked a nice one with a round of net 70 just in front of Huey Rosalia who chips his way to a tasty net 71.
In B Grade Zephyr Thomson stayed in control with a masterful net 69 followed by Graeme Charlton only a putt away on net 70.
In C Grade Wayne Smith stayed out of too much trouble to win the day with a net 74. Runner up with a cunning round of net 75 was David Krollig.

Women's Final Results
In Division One the Gross winner with a two-round total of 180 was the ever graceful Heather Darley followed by Carolyn Cocks after winning the play off against Cindy Carr, both players scoring a total of 186.
In Division Two the Gross winner was Val Sharrad with a total score of 196 off the stick. Runner up was Julie Baird from Michelle Smith, both players finishing up with 202.
Division One Handicap winner was one of the MVP's of the club was Cindy Carr, taking out the title with a combined net 148 followed by Cynthia Thompson on net 150.
Division Two Handicap winner with two wonderful rounds was Michelle Smith with an elegant net 140. Michelle also won the Veterans Trophy for the championship. Runner up with net 147 was the charming Adie Fraser.
Men's Final Results
Gross A Grade winner with a flawless total of 153 off the stick was our champion Tyson Dodd followed closely by Codey Marchesi finishing his two-day adventure on 156.
Gross B Grade winner with a brilliant second round Graeme Charlton on a total of 176, just enough to Phil Hyde's hands off the trophy as he finished up with a well played 177.
Gross C Grade winner playing with solid consistency was Wayne Smith on 187 followed by David Krollig taking the silver medal with 190 off the stick.
Handicap A Grade winner was the ever reliable Huey Rosalia finishing up with net 145. Runner up after a couple of great days with the sticks was Michael Edwards with net 149.
Handicap B Grade winner strolling in with a total of net 148 was Brett Bennie followed by Kym Hosking who cleans it up with net 149.
Handicap C Grade winner cruising up the fairways with net 148 was Samuel Hutchinson while Colin Clark joined in on the action with a total of net 153.
Veterans winner for the championship was everyone's favourite Wayne Smith.

Women's Results
Gross Division One winner with a groovy 83 off the stick was Reeta Devi followed by Helen George fighting hard for a round of 85. Helen also gets the veteran handicap victory for the Open with an excellent net 70.
Gross Division Two winner swung her way to the top was Libby Dolphin with a round of 92. Runner up finishing her day with 98 was Joanne Higgins.
Overall handicap winner having a rewarding golf and seafood week was Adie Fraser while Michelle Smith continues to impress taking second place with net 74.
Men's Results
Gross A Grade winner after a thrilling play off was the bump and run master Codey Marchesi over Daniel Townsend, both players having a top tier round of 74 off the stick.
Gross B Grade winner who seemed to surprise himself with his handy form was Luke Murray ending up with 85 while Steven Thomson was nipping at his heels with a round of 86.
Gross C Grade winner having a week to remember was David Krollig taking out the top spot with 91. Runner up with a stellar day out was Leon Newman on 93.
Handicap A Grade winner with a superb net 68 was Tom George over Lachlan Bishop who found his way to score of net 69.
Handicap B Grade winner was Cliff Taylor jotting down a round of net 73 just ahead of Phil Lessue on net 74.
Handicap C Grade winner Bob Sorensen grabs a prize with his shining round of net 68 followed by Eric Thomason who fought his way to a gutsy net 74.
